Sound Unto God

Resurect those of old,

who we shunned eyes,

for what we deemed so

incongruently unwise.

They say what was lost

will be found over again

in a perpetual cycle turn

does this wheel it spin.

I am not but whispers I

have had myself in tales

assail one ear to another

making my bed jail cells.

Turning my form leaps

as if a child in a square.

Innocent but the angels

that dwell there do stare.

When will I see the logic

when will I ever wake up?

God into human heart he

saw who drank his cup.

Think curiosities am odd

are the concepts make me

less than God he intended

believe for me out to be.

Age contorts a picture I

had painted once before.

I a needy born sinner do

drink and ask God more.

Truly what could be so

it would be written down

that action yes and word

can come together found.

Dear father your ides they

often ring to be so untrue.

I am but cursed from lips

that passes as life ensues.

Into the ground we do go

have all stories told before.

My whispers to God they say

tested again same I’ll ignore.

Dawning to break the day

I original think on my own

what though God may allow

complacent I’ll not codone.
