Secrets You Keep

I can not begin pry,

in your well hid eye,

that lays deep inside

comfort from a lie.

You’ve begun I stay

to ponder your way.

Games you will play,

hiding inner shame.

What would be bad,

if truth you did have,

sprung forth so glad

if such you had had?

No wisdom for now

I see you do disavow

what innocent allow.

See you’re not proud?

It was me on a hook,

from you I have took

one too many a look.

Here my world shook.

The morning it cries,

here not by my side

are you for you hide

your deceit in an eye.

I see you come to fall

out of my world is all

you do so now I crawl

down this vacant hall.

It stretches zoom out

my echo from a shout

questions does doubt

what you’re all about.

All I can do is to move

forward in my truthes

I took with me of you

while all else it I loose.

A secret is not known,

I do feel so now alone.

Will you not condone

I fashion your throne?
