Wrong All Along

What would

you say if set

in motion we

felt no regret?

No what was,

or what could

have been in

our lives good.

Are you happy

not a mistake

made swayed

how to behave?

Pride stubborn

you’ll not cover;

the past you’d

have no other.

Me I bleed in a

mind swollen I

in darkness do

myself do hide.

The dark it falls

at night I dream.

A time-traveler I

am not I scream.

Fault you do find

you’re not wrong;

say you expected

it all so all along.

I see pomposity

suits you well I

see I can’t make

you open an eye.

It is now all folly

I do to try make

you face reality,

you’ve mistakes.
