Lovely Journey

What is this place

where my direction

I travel in it aids an

eye’s introspection?

In a poor light day’s

silhouette in I quake.

For real feelings feel

so daunting to take.

Something acidic it

burns my own soul.

What I do conceive

I must learn control.

I ride the wind unto

sunset you’re now in.

I’m always awake I

fear loneliness again.

The sail I ride hover

does it over just me.

Your perfume I smell

makes acidity leave.

Your eye the horizon

holds in a gentle mist.

Spying down me my

sails the mist does lift.

I have found a home,

where I’ll live forever,

in motion in an ocean

we’ll journey together.
