Empathetic Aims

I turn colors callous
a globe it does ignore
the ones who battle all
an earthly anguish poor.

To our core we are but
the same but differ ways
that seek morning dew
to soften heat of days.

Being a celestial being
here I evaporate a soul
unto the sky above me;
I do so under control.

So easy to say damned
but harder to say guilty.
A heart mine proud looks
in mirrors though filthy.

I need to release selfish
ways to help lost souls
that fight to survive all
this world’s evil control.

I am aware of a raw pain
I carry with me I complain;
but right before my eyes
I see others face the same.

My anger is more useful
for saddness it paralyzes;
I need a quick sharp wit
inside realities surprises.
